Beginning August 1, 2022, the community of Thousand Oaks will be managed by Tri-Star Community Management, LLC., Conroe, Texas.
Below you'll find the contact information plus details on how to register for CINC systems which will allow you to logon and view your account information, deed violation status plus pay your ACC fee and deposit for projects. If you have any questions about about using the CINC system, please contact the community manager.

CINC Systems
Tri-Star is partnering with CINC systems to provide a 24-hour a day information regarding your account balance. You will also be able to use this system to pay your Annual Assessment or ACC fee and deposit via an E-check or Credit Card. There is a 3.25% charge for credit card payments and a $1.99 charge for e-check payments. Contact the community manager with questions at info@tristarcm.net.
